The Arts and Design module is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of visual arts and design, allowing them to explore their creativity and develop the skills necessary to express ideas through various artistic media. This module emphasizes the importance of both the creative process and technical skills, encouraging students to appreciate and practice art while developing an understanding of design principles and aesthetics.

Students will learn about different art forms, including drawing, painting, sculpture, graphic design, and digital arts. They will also be introduced to the history of art and design, understanding how different artistic movements, styles, and techniques have evolved over time. The module covers key concepts such as composition, color theory, texture, and perspective, which are essential for creating visually engaging works of art.

Additionally, students will explore how design plays a crucial role in communication, problem-solving, and visual storytelling, preparing them for careers in fields such as graphic design, product design, architecture, and media arts.
