Physical Education

The Physical Education module is designed to promote physical fitness, well-being, and an active lifestyle among students. It focuses on developing students' motor skills, improving their physical health, and encouraging lifelong habits of physical activity. The module also aims to foster values such as teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship through various physical activities and sports.

Students will engage in different types of physical activities, including individual and team sports, recreational games, fitness exercises, and wellness practices. They will learn the importance of regular physical activity in improving cardiovascular health, muscular strength, flexibility, and overall body coordination. The module also addresses the significance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including proper nutrition, hygiene, and stress management.
